Beautiful images and writing. Thank you for sharing. The kangaroo! Such a special creature. We live with many animals on our property but definitely not kangaroos. I would love to travel there one day.
What a lovely read and a lovely visitor. I have dreams of traveling to Australia- where I long to see a real life kangaroo!!! I too think of the animals that cross my path, many deer on our property. I have one coming to the call of her name. I worry when I don’t see her. Makes everyday that much more precious.
A Wallaroo!?!? Wow! I don't think I've ever seen one. I so appreciate the pic and all of your sincere reflections! My heart would break, too, every time one of my felines took down a winged one. Ugh . . and as you said, cats will be cats. It's nature.
It is nice to see animals in the morning. The Wallaroo grabbed my attention the most.
It’s always something different, unfortunately it was a herd of cattle in my yard. Thankfully no damage!
Cóol those walaroos miss them lucky you
Aren’t they amazing? Love them.

Thank you for reading. It’s certainly a different scene from elsewhere in the world.

Thank you Andrea, there are so many kangaroos where we live. So many different types too! You would definitely get to see one if you visited.
Your deer sound beautiful too.
